Position Overview
The SMT Supervisor will oversee the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining high-quality standards. The supervisor will lead a team of operators, manage daily operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

The supervisor will lead a team of operators, manage daily operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the SMT production team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Implement and maintain best practices in SMT manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in SMT technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues and improve product quality.
- Maintain production records and reports, providing updates to management as required.
- Proven experience in SMT manufacturing and management roles.
- Strong understanding of SMT processes and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with PCB and PCBA manufacturing is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
