Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Architect with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementations. This role requires strong technical leadership and architectural design capabilities to deliver secure, scalable, and robust identity solutions in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application migration, custom connector development, and end-to-end solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. Develop and implement custom connectors for integration with enterprise applications. Drive application migration initiatives within SailPoint IIQ, ensuring secure and efficient transitions. Define and enforce best practices for SailPoint IIQ development, configuration, and integration. Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, and IT departments to gather requirements and align solutions with organizational goals. Provide technical mentorship to development teams and oversee code reviews. Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of SailPoint IIQ environments. Manage upgrades, patches, and enhancements for SailPoint platforms. Required Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, development, and implementation. Strong expertise in custom connector development using Java, REST APIs, etc. Proven experience in application migration projects involving SailPoint IIQ. In-depth understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts. Proficiency in SailPoint workflows, rules, provisioning, role management, and certification campaigns. Strong experience with Java/J2EE, XML, Beanshell, and REST/SOAP web services. Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations with complex integration needs. Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certification, and policy enforcement. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications SailPoint IIQ Certification. Experience in cloud or hybrid identity environments. Knowledge of DevOps pipelines for IIQ deployments. Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, etc.). Certifications SailPoint IIQ Certification (preferred). Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: SailPoint IIQ Certification
