Job Title: SailPoint SME

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

• Design, consult and manage secure SailPoint Identity Now or IdentityIQ solutions to meet organization's complex IAM needs
• Excellent knowledge of architectural styles and service design patterns
• Should have strong experience and hands-on on Information Security and Access management concepts such as Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, Federation, OAuth, OIDC, User Migration, PKI, application onboarding, application migration from other IAM tools to SailPoint or similar.
• Should possess strong domain knowledge expertise on Identity and Access Management
• Experience in Identity, governance, and administration (IGA)
• Champion design and implementation of IAM features and use cases
• As a SME in the IAM domain, drive the continuing evolution of SailPoint IAM standards, processes, and technology to stay current with industry best practices.
• Migration experience of application from other IAM tools to SailPoint.
• Guide and mentor other engineers to influence, grow and scale IAM expertise.
• Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams actively to adopt the IAM platform to guide positive integration outcomes.
• Find ways to optimize processes and services to improve application and team efficiency with an eye towards automation and cost-effective solutions.
• Experience working with software or services in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain is expected, including experience with IAM standards and protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML2.0
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools as well as analyzing system metrics for performance and reliability tuning.
• Good Understanding of Jira and confluence tool, backlogs, and grooming process.
• Understanding of ITIL framework Change management, release management and service request process.
• Should possess good knowledge of PowerShell and Python scripting.
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor/master's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Proven experience in IAM architect and consulting role, handling large IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, OKTA, Oracle, etc
• Any reputed IAM vendor’s certification
• Any SailPoint certification would be an added advantage.
• 8+ Years in Infrastructure and Security domain and 5+ Years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $70.00/hour - $80.00/hour.
