Are you a strategic marketing professional with a proven track record in B2B demand generation and lead nurturing? We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist (Senior Level) to join our team at OP.tech. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise in marketing automation, prospect research, and outbound engagement to drive high-quality leads and accelerate our sales pipeline. Collaborating closely with sales leadership, you will craft compelling messaging, execute targeted campaigns across multiple channels, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. Responsibilities:
  • Email Campaign Management
    • Build, launch, and manage automated campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
  • Lead Generation & List Building
    • Use tools such as Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn to research, identify, and build new prospect lists.
  • Outbound Marketing & Engagement
    • Execute targeted email, LinkedIn, and social outreach to generate new opportunities and nurture leads.
    • Develop messaging that resonates with target personas and industries.
  • Sales Alignment
    • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with OP's target market.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to hand off warm, highly qualified leads for follow-up.
  • Brand Messaging
    • Understand and articulate OP.tech's service and product offerings in a clear, compelling way.
    • Communicate the benefits of OP.tech to prospective customers.
      • Analytics & Optimization
      • Track campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize outreach strategies based on insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of building and executing email marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation strategies and pipeline creation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience communicating with VP+ level prospects
  • Ability to craft compelling messaging that connects with technical and business decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and report salient status
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with technology services, digital transformation, or IT consulting industries.
  • Knowledge of social media outreach strategies for lead generation.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics dashboards.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
