Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Hunter – AI/ML Solutions & Data Annotation Services to lead and drive revenue growth for our data annotation and AI/ML services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical B2B sales, preferably in the data services, AI, or machine learning space. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients.
What We re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:
- B2B sales experience in AI, data labeling, SaaS, or tech services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling to technical audiences in enterprise and/or startup environments.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning workflows, including the importance of high-quality annotated data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions in clear, business-relevant terms.
- Self-starter attitude with high motivation and resilience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tools.
- Bonus Points:
- Existing network in the US AI/ML ecosystem.
- Experience selling outsourced/BPO or managed services.
- Prior work in a startup, scale-up, or global tech company.
