Description:
Explore your next role as a Salesforce Administrator with a leading Financial group in Westlake, TX, or Merrimack, NH.

We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Administrator/Analyst with a blend of Salesforce administration expertise and strong data analysis skills. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing data within integrated Salesforce environments, ensuring high data quality, and working with tools such as Validity DemandTools for deduplication and data hygiene. Experience in the financial services industry is a strong plus.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60 - $67 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks: user and permission management, workflow rules, validation rules, automation, reports/dashboards, and more.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning components as needed.
  • Configure and maintain automation tools such as Process Builder and Flows.
  • Analyze and cleanse Salesforce data to enhance accuracy, completeness, and usability.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
  • Manage data inflows and outflows across integrated systems (e.g., ETL tools, APIs, middleware).
  • Use DemandTools (or equivalent tools) for mass data deduplication, standardization, and transformations.
  • Collaborate with business users and developers to define and implement data governance and best practices.
  • Conduct data audits and provide recommendations for improved data integrity.
  • Support ongoing Salesforce projects with data migration, sandbox refreshes, and data model changes.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in professional environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce data analysis and deduplication.
  • Hands-on experience with Validity DemandTools or similar data deduplication tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data models, object relationships, reports, dashboards, and validation rules.
  • Proficient with SQL and/or SOQL.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data flows via tools like MuleSoft, SnapLogic, or native APIs.
  • Proficient with Excel, CSV management, and data import/export techniques.
  • Proficient with Data Loader and/or other client applications used for the bulk import and export of Salesforce data.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or the broader financial services industry.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
  • Exposure to ETL tools or data pipeline architecture.
  • Experience with sandbox management and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, DevOps Center, Gearset, Flosum, etc.).

Education Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement
