Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support and maintain our global Salesforce platform across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, Field Service (FSL), Marketing, and CPQ. This role focuses on system configuration, user support, data integrity, and ensuring smooth day-to-day Salesforce operations.

Top Requirements
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) projects
- Strong experience with Asset Management and Product Items
- Valid Salesforce certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator (Required)
- Service Cloud
- Field Service Lightning
- Platform Admin (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Salesforce environments (custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules)
- Administer users, profiles, roles, and permission sets ensuring security and access control
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views
- Support and enhance Field Service Lightning (FSL) configurations and workflows
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements
- Perform data imports, exports, and data cleansing
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and apply relevant updates
- Maintain system documentation, processes, and best practices
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (FSL experience strongly preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform limitations
- Experience with data management and integrations
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps is a plus
