Description:

The Director of Salesforce Engineering is a strategic and technical leader responsible for the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions within one of the largest Salesforce ecosystems. This role drives innovation across Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and compliance standards.

Technical Leadership

- Serve as technical architect, leveraging APEX, LWC, REST APIs, GraphQL, and Salesforce AI capabilities.

- Make architectural decisions that balance scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Stay current with Salesforce advancements and guide adoption of emerging features.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Salesforce engineers and architects.

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Integration & Governance

- Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using secure protocols and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and data governance standards, especially around PII handling.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.

- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, CTI, Omni-Channel, and data management.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise-scale deployments.
