Job Details
We are seeking a highly-skilled Salesforce Lead Developer / Architect to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions for an AI project in ServiceCloud. The Salesforce Architect will analyze company processes, developing CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, be knowledgeable about the Salesforce ecosystem, and be able to build systems that effectively integrate with other data sources.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and maintenance
- Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs within Service Cloud
- Create blueprints of Salesforce application designs, ensuring they align with business objectives
- Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
- Maintain user roles and security in Salesforce
- Develop and enforce best practices for master data management and integration
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role for Service Cloud
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs and SOQL to develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Be hands on on building Integrations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations
- Knowledge of Azure AI is helpful but not required
- Certified Salesforce Architect or Developer is a plus
