Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect with over 9 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce-based solutions across large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, strong architectural insight, and a proven ability to align technology with business strategies-particularly within the Telecom domain.

You will be responsible for architecting comprehensive, scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical design workshops, and guiding implementation from concept to deployment. This includes managing custom development, data migrations, and system integrations, while ensuring best practices across all stages of the SDLC.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Lead and document technical solution designs; ensure alignment with business goals and architectural best practices.
  • Engage in detailed technical discussions, drive architecture decisions, and identify gaps between current state and target architecture.
  • Oversee technical delivery including Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, flows, and data modeling.
  • Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools, handling large data volumes and complex data flows.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Copado or similar DevOps tools.
  • Drive environment strategy, release management, and version control best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Solutions Architect.

  • Expertise in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Force.com platform.
  • Proficient in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce's data model, architecture, and customization tools.
  • Extensive experience designing solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong background in data modeling, integration patterns, and environment/release management.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale data integration and migration efforts.
  • Deep knowledge of platform governance, performance optimization, and security principles.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-level Salesforce solutions with a track record of successful project outcomes.
  • Salesforce certifications highly preferred.

  • Experience working within the communication/telecom industry is a strong plus.

  • Strong documentation skills for technical architecture, functional specs, and integration strategies.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with developers, stakeholders, and business teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
