Key Responsibilities:

Architect scalable and innovative solutions for complex Salesforce platforms across US and global markets.

Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, product management, UX, and vendors to design systems aligned with business strategy and technology roadmap.

Understand and experience the entire PDLC and SDLC lifecycle.

Experience in Predictive and/or Generative AI technologies.

Collaborate to prioritize platform upgrades and features.

Lead the creation of application rationalization plans and manage data in the Architecture Repository.

Contribute to enterprise capability maps, architecture principles, and standards.

Conduct research on technology trends and product roadmaps.

Provide ongoing architecture review and design support to cross-functional teams.

Align BT strategy and planning with application development and business roadmaps.

13+ years of experience, with 6+ in Salesforce solutions.

Experience with Business Architecture methodologies and Agile Development Methodology.

Served as a solution architect for multiple enterprise transformation implementations.

Strong understanding and experience with object-oriented programming.

Deep functional and business process understanding of lead-to-cash areas.

Experience with Security, Integration, and Data Architecture.

Responsibilities:

Develop architecture artifacts to modernize and improve business value and platform functionality.

Align strategy and planning with application development and business roadmaps.

Provide ongoing architecture review and design support to multi-functional teams.

Liaise with management and domain experts to accomplish objectives.

Specify and design solutions across business areas or systems, ensuring balance in functional, service quality, monitoring, observability, security, and systems management requirements.

Lead efforts for new software selection, including RFI/RFP development, evaluation of commercial software solutions, and proof of concepts.

Define, maintain, and manage architecture models, frameworks, and artifacts.

Analyze multi-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, and recommend innovative approaches.

Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities for multi-functional initiatives.

Develop and manage expectations for customers and stakeholders.

Apply data analysis, data modeling, and quality assurance techniques to establish and maintain data structures.

Contribute to solution scoping and effort sizing with multi-functional teams.

Stay informed on technology/industry trends and product roadmaps.

Contribute to the creation of the roadmap, QBR, and reference architecture/blueprints for Enterprise Architecture.

Manage data and artifacts in the Architecture Repository.

Lead the creation of application rationalization plans for the technology domain/platform.

Contribute to the creation of architecture and design principles and standards.

Lead the application catalog for the domain in the Enterprise Application Repository.

Collaborate to prioritize and influence planned platform upgrades and features.
