- Salesforce Solution architecture collaboration/alignment across several project teams
- Using industry best practices for Salesforce platform
- Salesforce technical experience and Sales concept knowledge.
- 9-12 years of Salesforce solution architecture experience
- Proven ability to execute and deliver in an Agile framework
- Experience with technical team and project leadership
- Experience with Integration between Salesforce and Enterprise Systems (ie - SAP, Teamcenter)
- Strong problem-solving skills that include research and diagnostic prediction
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to take initiative and ownership by absorbing and retaining information across a range of technical areas
