Job Details

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires both strategic solution design and hands-on technical leadership. The architect will define architectural standards, guide integrations across multiple platforms, and ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Salesforce architecture strategies and roadmaps that align with enterprise objectives
  • Lead solution design across Salesforce and integrated systems, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability
  • Provide hands-on oversight of custom development, APIs, and system integrations
  • Establish and enforce coding, security, and governance standards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust Salesforce solutions
  • Conduct design and code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure quality across development teams
  • Partner with enterprise architects to align Salesforce solutions with broader IT initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong background in architecture and solution design
  • Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integration patterns
  • Proven experience delivering large, complex Salesforce programs with multiple system touchpoints
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and governance best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) preferred
