Job Duties:
Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud tailored to wealth management, insurance, and distribution channels
Lead Salesforce strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture standards
Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, compliance, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
Design and optimize client lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, relationship management, policy servicing, and advisor enablement
Integrate Salesforce with core financial systems, data platforms, and third-party applications using APIs and middleware
Ensure platform security, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FINRA, SEC, NAIC)
Provide technical leadership to development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, proactively recommending enhancements
