Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our client in enhancing and streamlining business processes within theLand Management domain. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and working on Salesforce-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state workflows.
Create detailed workflow diagrams, process maps, and use cases.
Support the design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions and custom workflows.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and user interviews to validate requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in testing, user training, and change management activities.
Required Qualifications
Experience in the Land Management domain (e.g., zoning, permitting, land use, or environmental systems).
Proven experience with Salesforce implementations.
Strong background in workflow documentation and business process modeling.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in government or public sector environments is a plus.
Familiarity with GIS systems or land records management.
Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
