3Core Systems is looking for Salesforce Business Analyst Financial Services & Insurance Cloud (FSC) for one of our clients in Deerfield Beach, FL

Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Financial Services & Insurance Cloud (FSC)

Location: Hybrid in Deerfield Beach, FL
Type: Long-term contract with potential conversion to permanent

Overview:

This position will join our clients legacy systems modernization program to transition existing legacy systems and data into Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.

Most high-level requirements are already gathered, but they need refinement, validation, and translation into production-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities:

  1. Refine existing business requirements for the new Salesforce FS&I Cloud implementation.
  2. Work closely with technical teams and external implementation partners to finalize requirements and support solution design.
  3. Break down requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
  4. Support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT); validate that delivered solutions meet business needs.
  5. Help ensure alignment between FSC and existing Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud processes.
  6. Participate in workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and system walkthroughs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Strong Salesforce BA background with experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
  2. Familiarity with FSC (Financial Services Cloud) or FS&I highly preferred.
  3. Experience working on large-scale system modernization or data migration projects.
  4. Excellent documentation, communication, and requirements-gathering skills.
  5. Ability to work within a collaborative BA team environment.
