Hot Requirement Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: New Brunswick, NJ, USA (Day 1 Onsite, EST hours)
Work Hours: EST Time Zone
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
Partner with development teams to design and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Coordinate with QA teams to create and execute test plans, identify, and report defects.
Analyze existing processes, suggest improvements, and implement process changes.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow for operations, application releases, and projects.
Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, GDPR and other regulatory requirements; build compliance programs.
Strong experience working on Salesforce application projects.
