Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce functionalities.
- Analyze and assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement through Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solutions meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within Salesforce.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to Salesforce.
- Understanding of CRM best practices and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience in training and supporting end-users in Salesforce environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce or business analysis are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
