Job Details

Salesforce Business Analyst (Hybrid) Roles & responsibilities:
Should have experience in Salesforce and Health Cloud implementation
Should have domain knowledge of Pharma and specially in Patient Services
Should be an excellent communicator and presenter
Ability to work with business and run discovery sessions independently, understand the business requirements and define process flows, wireframes, etc.
Document all business requirements in JIRA and participate in story grooming and explain requirements to Dev and QA teams
Should be technically sound with integration terminology and data exchange format like JSON
Responsible to review applications to ensure the application is developed based on business expectation and demo application after each Sprint, requirement gathering
Should be familiar with Agile ways of working
Responsible for documenting the Business Simulation Testing (informal UAT) scripts which happens prior to UAT execution
Should have knowledge of Salesforce and will be responsible to perform data setup before testing and conduct BST and UAT execution with business
Expert level of knowledge is expected on tools like MS Visio, Draw.io, Excel, Power Point, Word and Confluence
