Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Technical Lead
Job Location: Hybrid in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Chennai, IN(Bangalore Preferred)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Technical Lead to architect, implement, and optimize quoting and pricing solutions that scale with global sales operations. This role will be responsible for driving technical excellence, ensuring seamless integrations, and enhancing sales efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CPQ, including design, configuration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Configure CPQ features including:
- Static and dynamic product bundles
- Price rules, discount schedules, and pricing methods
- Guided selling and approval workflows
- Design and implement quoting processes for renewals, amendments, cancellations, and auto-renewals.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, and order management systems via APIs.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor technical team members.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize CPQ functionality.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and CPQ innovations, ensuring adoption of new capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proven hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ, including advanced configuration and pricing logic.
- Strong understanding of quoting processes, including QCP-based custom logic.
- Proficient in Apex, LWC, Aura components, and declarative configuration.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficient with Salesforce configuration (validation rules, workflows, sharing rules, permission sets).
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Required Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
