Job Details

Job Title Salesforce CRM Architect (Part-Time) Fully Remote Duration: 3+ Months contract Location Fitchburg, WI

looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Architect with strong consulting expertise and hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple clients and industries.

Responsibilities

Architecture and Solution Design

Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions including Sales, Service, and Health Cloud aligned to client objectives and industry best practices.
Translate complex business processes into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
Define data models, security architectures, integration approaches, and governance structures.

Consulting and Client Engagement
Work across multiple clients, each with unique requirements, org setups, and technical environments.
Facilitate discovery sessions, solutioning workshops, and technical design reviews with client stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities, platform roadmap, and recommended approaches.

Implementation and Technical Leadership
Lead the technical design for new Salesforce CRM implementations and major enhancements often for clients implementing Salesforce for the first time.
Guide configuration, customization, development, and integration activities.
Provide architectural oversight to project teams and ensure adherence to best practices.

Integration and Data Management
Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Define and oversee data migration strategies, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data and security requirements when implementing Health Cloud.

Quality, Governance and Best Practices
Ensure solutions are robust, secure, high-performing, and aligned with platform best practices.
Conduct code reviews, create documentation, and establish standards for reuse and consistency.
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to clients.

Primary Skills Requirements 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including repeated delivery of end-to-end CRM implementations.
Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing role, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, data modeling, and security.
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, including its data model, care plans, person accounts, and healthcare workflows.
Strong understanding of system integration patterns, API design, and middleware tools.
At least one advanced Salesforce certification preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Health Cloud Consultant).
