Job Title: Salesforce CRMA Developer

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Addison, TX / Jersey City, NJ (3 Days onsite a week)

Pay rate: $65.00 - 68.26/hr

Description:

This role is a potential contract to hire and will require resources that do not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Position Summary

Looking for a Salesforce CRMA Developer with 5+ years' experience in developing dashboard / reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics platform. The role will be responsible for understanding business requirements and processes and translating them into reporting/dashboards solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable. Responsible for translating the requirements created by functional analysts into CRMA dashboards. Also, responsible for developing the high-level strategy to solve business problems. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Salesforce CRM Analytics.

Build and customize datasets, lenses, and dashboards to meet business requirements.

Create advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards for actionable insights.

Write and optimize SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) queries for advanced data manipulation.

Implement custom JSON configurations for dashboards and lenses to enhance functionality.

Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing analytics processes.

Document business requirements, technical specifications, and solution designs.

Implement row-level security and access controls to ensure data privacy and compliance.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for analytics solutions.

Maintain proper version control and documentation for all development work.

Design and implement data integration processes between Salesforce CRMA and external systems.

Primary Skill- Salesforce CRMA

Secondary Skill- Salesforce - SFDC

Required Qualifications

experience in developing dashboard / reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics platform

experience on any relational database.

Salesforce data integration experience.
