RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Frisco, TX that is seeking a skilled Salesforce Capability Lead to join their team, focusing on an implementation project. The Salesforce Capability Lead will be responsible for the implementation and management of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business goals. They will enforce best practices, provide user support, and ensure system performance and compliance.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with company objectives
* Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business needs
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, providing guidance and support
* System Management: Ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce platforms, conducting regular audits and preparing for upgrades
* Best Practices and Governance: Develop and enforce Salesforce best practices and governance policies, ensuring data security and compliance
* Support and Training: Provide support and training to end-users, staying updated with Salesforce releases and new features
* Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented capabilities, troubleshooting issues and enhancing system performance
REQUIREMENTS:
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development, knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL, and experience with data migration and integration
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical solutions with business strategies, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
