Job Details

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer cum Administrator who can manage both platform development and administration responsibilities, while being the first line of defense for P1/production issues. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Salesforce configuration and customization, and also experienced in incident management for business-critical applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Salesforce Admin & Developer for the organization.

  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve P1 (Priority 1) production issues with minimal downtime.

  • Perform Salesforce administration tasks (user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, process builder, flows).

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Ensure platform stability, scalability, and security compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, operations) to implement Salesforce solutions.

  • Maintain proper documentation of configurations, customizations, and issue resolutions.

  • Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis, and suggest long-term fixes for recurring issues.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator.

    • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura / LWC).

    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration & administration.

    • Proven track record of handling P1/production support incidents.

    • Good knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud (preferred).

    • Familiarity with change management, deployment (CI/CD), and release processes.

    • Salesforce Admin (ADM 201) and/or Platform Developer I certification preferred.

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
