Job Details

Role Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development: Build customized Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and other platform tools.
- DocuSign Integration: Configure, implement, and support DocuSign solutions within Salesforce to enhance digital document workflows and e-signature processes.
- Platform Customization: Configure objects, workflows, validation rules, permission sets, and reports to align with business needs.
- System Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including DocuSign and other API-based platforms.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and address problems related to Salesforce functionality, LWC components, and DocuSign integrations.
- Adherence to Best Practices: Follow Salesforce development standards with focus on security, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, LWC components, and integration solutions.
- Continuous Enhancement: Stay current with Salesforce updates, LWC advancements, and DocuSign features to recommend and implement platform improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies, including LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Extensive experience integrating DocuSign with Salesforce, including workflow automation and signature processes.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks such as REST/SOAP APIs or MuleSoft.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and in team environments.
- Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, including Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, and Application Architect.
- DocuSign certifications such as eSignature Administration, CLM, or API Certification are preferred.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce administration tasks (e.g., workflows, validation rules, security model, permission sets).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.
- Exposure to other e-signature or document management platforms.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment. The salary range for this role is 106k-124k. For corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
