Title: Salesforce Developer (Legacy Migration – VB6/.NET/Java/SQL) – Software License Management
Location: US Remote
Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands-on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions - Licensing, Permitting and Inspections (PSS LPI) experience for a contract position with our Austin, Texas client. This position will do the Migration of the Legacy VB6/.NET/Java/SQL application to a Salesforce Public Sector Solutions platform. It can be worked remotely from anywhere in the US and will own discovery, solution design, build, integration, data migration, and golive for a scalable, auditable license management solution on the Public Sector Solutions Platform.
Requirements:
- Hands-On - Salesforce Public Sector Solutions - Licensing, Permitting and Inspections. (PSS - LPI)
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience: Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, security/sharing, platform events.
- 3+ years migrating legacy applications, with the ability to read and translate VB6 and .NET (C#/VB.NET) and Java code into Salesforce designs.
- Strong SQL expertise (SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL), including schema design, complex queries, and optimization.
- Proven track record delivering integrations (REST API middleware) and largescale data migrations.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
