Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Salesforce Developer responsible for supporting and enhancing existing Salesforce applications.

  • Perform daily administration and support of the Salesforce CRM system, including user setup, role management, security, and customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.

  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.

  • Provide advanced user support and resolve issues with Salesforce functionality and integrations.

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

  • Conduct data quality audits, deduplication, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Support system integrations with third-party applications and platforms.

  • Assist with system upgrades, release management, and implementation of new Salesforce features.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, training guides, and support materials.

  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for scalability and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration & Development experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality, configuration, and customization.

  • Hands-on expertise with user management, security, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting.

  • Experience with data management, system integration, and release management.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
