Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to analyze requirements, design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, collaborating with product owners, BSAs, and engineers.
Requirements:
8+ years IT experience, including 6+ years in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
Strong knowledge of CRM processes and Salesforce Administration.
Expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, SOQL, and integrations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, VSCode.
Experience with DevOps tools (Jira, Copado, Flosum).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree (CS preferred); Salesforce certifications a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Decide on out-of-the-box, AppExchange, or custom solutions.
Participate in all phases: analysis, requirements, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and support.
Maintain existing functionality in a complex, global Salesforce org.
Preferences:
Knowledge of telecom domain a plus.
Strong adaptability, multi-tasking, and collaboration skills.
Flexibility to support other time zones when needed.
