Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer/ Engineer/ Consultant III
Job Location: Dallas, TX 75240 - Onsite Interview
Job Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $60.40/hr to $70.40/hr
Job Description:
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- The Sr. Salesforce Developer will proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code-writing practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes and build a world-class component library to empower Administrators.
- Collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, setting and defining standards for Salesforce excellence.
- Maintain existing features/products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally.
- Operate independently and in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets.
- Focus on the Force.com platform and learn and support AWS technologies as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience
- Required: 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of post-internship, hands-on engineering experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- APEX coding and Lightning experience.
- 7+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs.
- Experience in building complex, scalable and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
- Prior experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement Clouds, Salesforce Communities/Experience cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Solid understanding of AWS core concepts and experience leveraging AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, Appflow, S3, and others.
Preferred Certifications
- Platform Dev2 certification (preferred).
