Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer/ Engineer/ Consultant III

Job Location: Dallas, TX 75240 - Onsite Interview

Job Duration: 6 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $60.40/hr to $70.40/hr

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• The Sr. Salesforce Developer will proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code-writing practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes and build a world-class component library to empower Administrators.


• Collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations.


• Provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, setting and defining standards for Salesforce excellence.


• Maintain existing features/products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally.


• Operate independently and in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets.


• Focus on the Force.com platform and learn and support AWS technologies as needed.

Candidate Requirements

Years of Experience

• Required: 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience.


• Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of post-internship, hands-on engineering experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• APEX coding and Lightning experience.


• 7+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, and SOQL/SOSL.


• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs.


• Experience in building complex, scalable and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.


• Prior experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement Clouds, Salesforce Communities/Experience cloud, and Data Cloud.


• Solid understanding of AWS core concepts and experience leveraging AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, Appflow, S3, and others.

Preferred Certifications

• Platform Dev2 certification (preferred).
