Remote: (But may require travel up to one week out of the month)
However add in change management/communication focus. Someone that has a background in Prosci ADKAR & also of course Salesforce. This specific person will help us bridge the gap in developing training materials both virtually and for in person trainings. This person should be comfortable traveling up to one week out of the month
Job Description: Salesforce Training Associate

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Training Associate to support Salesforce training and implementation projects. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in managing Salesforce projects, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver Salesforce Field Service training programs
  • Create instructional designs using Agile methods
  • Implement eLearning and Al assistants for user support
  • Standardize job aids and modernize resource sites
  • Increase user adoption and satisfaction through effective change management

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Salesforce Integration & Training
  • Proficient in Instructional Design & Agile Project Management
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (Preferred)
  • Developing and managing Al assistants (Preferred)

Technical Skills:
Proficiency with PowerBI, Articulate 360, Adobe Premiere Pro (Preferred)
Experience with Salesforce Field Service and training creation for classroom and remote settings
