Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Lead Engineer to drive the strategic development of our Salesforce platform. You will architect scalable solutions, lead a team of developers, and integrate Salesforce with other business-critical systems to support enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect Salesforce solutions based on complex business needs
Lead technical design sessions and documentation
Develop and test Salesforce customizations, integrations, and UI components
Build healthcare products using Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Ensure adherence to Salesforce security standards and conduct regular security reviews
Integrate Salesforce with external applications via REST APIs and OAuth
Manage sprint planning, team leadership, and delivery of scalable solutions
Optimize database performance and support legacy system transitions

Required Skills:

7+ years of Salesforce development experience
Expertise with Lightning Components, Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration tools
Experience with Salesforce security best practices and external integrations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in healthcare product development on Salesforce
Familiarity with legacy data architecture transitions
