Job Title: Salesforce Lightning Developer (CPQ & CLM)

Location: Pleasanton, CA (3 days a week for now)
Job Type: Contract
Experience Level: Senior (7+ years)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lightning Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce CPQ and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) solutions. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong background in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, and hands-on expertise in CPQ implementation. Experience with Conga CLM is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain customized solutions in Salesforce using Lightning Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote generation, and approvals.
  • Integrate and enhance CLM solutions (preferably Conga CLM) within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • Ensure best practices are followed for Salesforce development, version control, and DevOps processes.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers if needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ (configure, price, quote), including product bundling, discounting, and approvals.
  • Solid understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
  • Experience integrating or configuring Conga CLM (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or CLM certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Conga CLM (configuration, administration, integration).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
