Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with expertise in OmniStudio to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and validating Salesforce OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures, ensuring seamless functionality and performance across business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning & Execution:
    • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for OmniStudio components.
    • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • OmniStudio Component Validation:
    • Validate OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
    • Ensure proper data flow and UI behavior across Salesforce applications.
  • Defect Management:
    • Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
    • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Automation & Tools:
    • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, or TestNG.
    • Utilize Salesforce testing tools and frameworks for efficient QA processes.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Create detailed QA documentation including test cases, test results, and defect logs.
    • Provide regular status updates and quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and project managers.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Need 9+years of experience in Testing
  • Proven experience in Salesforce QA with a focus on OmniStudio.
  • Strong understanding of OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Industry).
  • Experience with QA tools (Selenium, Provar, JIRA, TestNG).
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., OmniStudio Developer, Platform App Builder).
  • Experience in healthcare, finance, or telecom domains using OmniStudio.
  • Exposure to API testing and performance testing tools.
