Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting employee workflows, case management, self-service portals, and knowledge management. This role involves leading technical implementations, integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions for Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, case management, knowledge base, and employee portals.
- Lead technical implementation efforts and collaborate with business analysts, architects, and operations teams.
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
- Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems such as AWS, MuleSoft, SAP, and authentication platforms.
- Enforce development best practices, CI/CD standards, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and mentorship to development and support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and Agile delivery.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Admin, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS, MuleSoft, enterprise integrations, and security/compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and user-experience-focused mindset.
