Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. The architect will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant architectures while guiding cross-functional teams through delivery and governance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.

  • Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and strategic roadmaps.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through design, development, testing, and deployment phases.

  • Oversee:

    • Data modeling and migration

    • Multi-cloud integrations (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)

    • Declarative automation

    • Environment management

  • Enforce architecture governance, design standards, and best practices.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.

  • Ensure thorough documentation, testing protocols, and compliance.

  • Participate in architecture consulting engagements and support proposal development to grow the business.

  • Continuously assess feasibility, scope, and complexity of new capabilities and solutions.

  • Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and delivery teams to ensure consistent solution design.


Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 8 10+ years of overall Solutions Architecture experience.

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with:

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

    • Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC)

    • Sales Cloud

  • Proven experience in:

    • Data modeling and migration

    • Multi-cloud Salesforce integrations

  • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies:

    • Apex

    • Visualforce

    • Lightning / LWC

    • Force.com

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams across the full project lifecycle.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.


Desirable / Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce CDP / Data Cloud.

  • Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to assess architectural feasibility, scope, and complexity.

  • Experience collaborating with multiple architecture and infrastructure teams.

  • Exposure to open-source tools and modern integration patterns.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Salesforce certifications in:

    • Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

    • Service Cloud (SFSC)

    • CDP / Data Cloud

  • Solution Architect Certification (Any Cloud)
