Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect
Location: Onsite at San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Rate: $70/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect with strong enterprise-level expertise and prior development experience. This role does not require hands-on coding, but the ideal candidate will have a solid technical background to:

    • Translate business requirements into developer-friendly solutions and assist with technical challenges.

    • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, explain technical limitations, and propose viable alternatives.

    • Clearly articulate and explain solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams.

  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

  • Stay current with Salesforce advancements and recommend improvements.

  • Mentor and train junior Salesforce developers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

  • Strong technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security and data model.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Salesforce certifications such as:

    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect

    • Salesforce Certified Application Architect

    • Salesforce Certified System Architect (required)

  • Experience with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, E-commerce) is a plus.
