Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with strong hands-on expertise in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge across Salesforce platforms, with proven experience in OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, and integrations with third-party applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3+ years in an Architect role.
- Proven hands-on development expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and Integrations.
- Strong expertise in OmniStudio (Omniscript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automations, Personalization).
- In-depth knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, considering security, scalability, and performance.
- Solid background in data modeling, API integrations, and middleware platforms.
- Salesforce certifications (highly preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and middleware platforms.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver best-in-class Salesforce solutions.
