Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with strong hands-on expertise in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge across Salesforce platforms, with proven experience in OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, and integrations with third-party applications.



Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3+ years in an Architect role.
  • Proven hands-on development expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and Integrations.
  • Strong expertise in OmniStudio (Omniscript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automations, Personalization).
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, considering security, scalability, and performance.
  • Solid background in data modeling, API integrations, and middleware platforms.
  • Salesforce certifications (highly preferred).



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor development teams.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and middleware platforms.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver best-in-class Salesforce solutions.
