Managers Notes:

Focus on Salesforce and they have problem solving skills.  Managing development tasks for salesforce.  No remote.  Proxy for Directors to help fix technical issues. Problem solving skills:  application is failing being able to back track and identify the root cause of the issue to solve the problem.  Technical people can do that. Logically look at all the steps that occurred and find where the problem is.  If they have done support in their background or a developer.

Skills Required:

  • Main contact for delivery of the Project
  • Understands all elements of development/technical architecture applicable to the area.
  • Interprets architecture design to build out detailed tech designs where applicable
  • Participates in dev sessions representing the development team and activity.
  • Coordinates the Tech Leads, Developers and QA for the build out of the product including design reviews, code reviews and testing.
  • Assists Project Manager, Tech Lead with project planning (WBS, activities, Tasks, effort/estimates, schedule)
  • Possesses basic knowledge about every platform (Front End, Back End, Integration etc)
  • Assist with technical issue resolution, removing roadblocks, recommending alternatives, working with the team.
  • Ownes the estimates, timeline, Quality of deliverables and work with Project Manager on escalations
  • Coordinates with Development Manager(s) on any resource issues.
  • Brings in best practices and manages all technical escalations.
