Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing project within the company, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals, and to maintain project scope. They will also be responsible for risk management and project reporting.
Required Skills
Project Management: The candidate must have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. They should be able to plan, execute, and oversee the completion of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Scope Management: The candidate should have the ability to define and control what is and is not included in the project. This includes identifying the project's objectives, deliverables, and tasks.
Stakeholder Management: The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with and manage the expectations of various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification would be a plus.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Platform: Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities can be beneficial.
Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Budgeting: Experience in budget planning and cost estimation.
Quality Management: Knowledge of quality management principles and the ability to implement them in projects.
Team Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating a team.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Technical Understanding: Familiarity with the technical aspects of the project.
