Job Summary Team Lead / SME Power Energy Domain - 100% Remote - United States & Canada
- Lead and manage a technical team focused on the Power Energy domain.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for grid technologies, particularly in ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
- Oversee project delivery and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize grid technology solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools relevant to power energy management.
- Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and quality parameters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of power grid technologies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project status and technical solutions to stakeholders and management.
- ADMS/SCADA experience in grid technology is a significant advantage.
