Job Summary:
The Scheduling / Room Booking Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for internal meeting room reservations and scheduling. The role manages booking requests, approvals, changes, and escalations through Outlook, SharePoint, and ServiceNow, ensuring accurate calendar and mailbox management. Responsibilities include coordinating meeting spaces, assigning AV or support resources, tracking event details, generating daily and ad-hoc reports, and maintaining communication with internal stakeholders. The position also supports limited operational activities such as vendor billing, travel coordination, catering orders, and supply management.
