Title: Product Development Scientist Consumer Products (Skin Health)
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Summit, NJ & Skillman, NJ (On-site between both locations)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Scientist to join our client's Skin Health division. This role involves formulating and optimizing new products, conducting laboratory testing, and ensuring technical accuracy through data analysis and documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic product development environment.

Key Responsibilities
" Develop and optimize new product formulations and processes for Skin Health products.
" Conduct laboratory testing, evaluations, and stability studies to ensure product quality and performance.
" Batch and test multiple iterations to support development and scale-up activities.
" Maintain accurate documentation of all experimental data and technical reports.
" Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
" Ensure adherence to technical standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field).
" 2 - 4 years of experience in product development, preferably within consumer or skin health products.
" Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
" Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
" Flexibility to work between Summit and Skillman offices as required.
