Job Description :
- 10 12 years of experience in Agile project delivery, with proven expertise in managing data quality and data management initiatives.
- Ensure technical alignment across teams working on platforms like Ataccama, Collibra, Alation, and Power BI, supporting data quality automation and governance.
- Define program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with enterprise data governance and quality goals.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across multiple data-centric workstreams.
- Establish program governance frameworks, including Agile processes, reporting structures, and compliance protocols.
- Oversee the implementation of data quality initiatives across projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to create, refine, and prioritize user stories related to data profiling, validation, lineage, and remediation.
- Guide teams in breaking down epics into actionable tasks, estimating effort, and managing sprint backlogs.
- Proactively identify and remove technical and operational impediments, especially those related to data integration, quality rule execution, and platform dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing sprint metrics, implementing feedback loops, and optimizing delivery processes.
