We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with strong hands-on Salesforce expertise. The ideal candidate must hold a Salesforce certification and possess excellent communication, accountability, and leadership skills. This role requires someone who can independently drive project progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure Scrum practices are followed
- Drive project progress and track deliverables across teams
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align requirements and delivery
- Manage project financials, reporting, and overall governance
- Support Salesforce-related development, configuration, and deployment activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce projects
- Salesforce certification is mandatory
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with accountability and ownership
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
