Scrum Master

Summary

Our client seeks a Scrum Master to facilitate and guide the development team's Scrum process. This role requires deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to coach and mentor team members to ensure successful project delivery while coordinating with implementation partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Work with Product Owner to manage product backlog and prioritize tasks
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project progress
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and foster collaborative team environment
• Coordinate with implementation partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years experience as Scrum Master or similar role
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps

Preferred

• Experience with Salesforce, data migration, and integration
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Kanban
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with PowerBI metric reporting

This is a 6-Month Contract opportunity with our Kansas City, MO client.
