About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a security and surveillance professional who wants to transition from field installation work into a corporate office-based role. Instead of traveling to job sites, you'll use your expertise to program, configure, and support security systems remotely. You'll play a key part in ensuring clients' systems are set up correctly, optimized, and maintained without being in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Program, configure, and support security and surveillance systems remotely from the corporate office.

Work with leading platforms such as Entre, Software House Secure, Bosch, DMP, Brivo, Lenel S2, Honeywell, and Genetec.

Troubleshoot and resolve system programming issues in collaboration with field technicians.

Provide remote support and technical expertise to ensure timely and accurate system configuration.

Maintain documentation for system programming standards and best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience and/or certifications in one or more of the following: Entre, Software House Secure, Bosch, DMP, Brivo, Lenel S2, Honeywell, Genetec (or similar).

Strong background in security system installation, programming, or integration.

Desire to transition from installation work to a programming-focused, office-based role.

Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
