Position: Seismic Content Automation Specialist

Location: Boston, MA

Hybrid Onsite: 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs)

Duration: 12 Month Contract

2^nd Round Interview will be Onsite- face to face

Only W2

Summary:

• This is a mid-level role and the ideal candidate would be local to Boston with strong Seismic experience.
• Proficiency with LiveDocs and confidence are also key to being successful in this role.
• The candidate will interact with technical teams, so some technical proficiency is a plus.

Must Haves:

• 3 5 years experience working on the Seismic platform, preferably with development and programing experience
• Understanding of Structured data such as XML, and CSV
• Proficiency with LiveDocs
• HTML Programing experience preferred
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Object structure
• Experience with Workfront and/or AEM platform is a plus
• Works well independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to identify issues, addresses them appropriately to management, and assist in developing solutions.
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Detailed oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Financial services experience

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain all presentations using Seismic s content automation tools, i.e. LiveDocs, Guided Assembly, Free Style.
• Build and enhance data pipelines between Seismic and other marketing and sales platforms, ensuring data integrity and real-time synchronization.
• Knowledge of taxonomy, Seismic dynamic rules and overall content management and automation.
• Maintain critical integrations between Seismic and Data/Document repositories
• Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs and coordinate with Seismic technical support when necessary
