Semiconductor/UltraFlex Test Manager

VEGA Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Semiconductor/UltraFlex Test Manager. Client will cover relocation expenses, and H1B candidates will be sponsored for this role.

Job Title: Semiconductor/UltraFlex Test Manager

Location: San Jose, CA

Position Type: Direct Perm

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost-effective testing methods for analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor products.
• Collaborate with the IC design team to understand design specifications and DFT proposals.
• Create test programs in C language, debug, and validate silicon on ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).
• Design test interface hardware for ATE.
• Innovate to enhance the robustness of test solutions and improve the cost of test.
• Support and take responsibility for sustaining and continuously improving production tests for multiple products.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of related industry experience (or 3+ years with MSEE).
• Strong experience and skills in software C++ programming.
• ATE experience on Mixed Signal Tester, preferably on ASL1K and ETS-88.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
