About the Team

At Nutanix, the End User Computing and Productivity team is a dynamic group of 8 talented individuals spread across the globe, all focused on redefining how organizations build and operate their cloud infrastructure. Our mission is to make IT infrastructure as invisible as possible, allowing teams to concentrate on the applications and services that drive their business forward. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled SharePoint Developer to join us in creating modern, scalable, and secure collaboration solutions that empower users and enhance productivity.

You will report to the Manager of EUC Engineering, who is committed to fostering an inclusive and innovative environment. Our work setup is hybrid, requiring the team members to come into the office 3 days a week, promoting collaboration while ensuring flexibility. Additionally, there are no travel requirements for this position, allowing you to focus your efforts on delivering exceptional results from your primary work location.

Your Role
  • Design and develop intuitive SharePoint Online solutions that improve collaboration and streamline business processes across the organization.
  • Lead integration efforts with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) to enhance the user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SPFx web parts and custom integrations, ensuring alignment with Nutanix's digital workplace strategy.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications and project plans.
  • Establish and uphold best practices for governance, security, and compliance in SharePoint environments.
  • Provide technical support and training for end users, fostering a culture of self-sufficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint updates, proactively recommending enhancements based on emerging technologies.
  • Achieve a successful data migration to SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and accessibility while meeting organizational standards.

What You Will Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and administering SharePoint Online solutions.
  • Proficient in SPFx, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS for custom development.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure Active Directory integration.
  • Experience with Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Azure Functions is preferred.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 117,600 and USD $ 176,400 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
