Independent Project Delivery:
- Deliver multiple common tasks within Business Intelligence projects independently and ensure they are of high quality and completed on time.

- Build thoughtful data visualizations using Tableau to accelerate information-to-action at scale.
Analytics Solutions Development:
- Build, deliver, maintain, and improve analytics solutions iteratively with stakeholder feedback.
- Manage a backlog of technical issues and communicate them to internal stakeholders.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with parallel team members at Boston Children's Hospital to share data, align on reporting strategies, and generate insights.
Learning and Adaptability:
- Learn about BCH data structures, data warehouse, and reporting tools.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (statistics, information technology, mathematics, public health), Master's preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence, with at least 1 year in healthcare or life sciences.
- Additional experience supporting healthcare or life sciences initiatives or groups is desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience in building data visualizations, preferably using Tableau.
- Ability to learn technologies quickly through instruction and self-training.
Additional Skills:
- Working knowledge of Epic clinical and scheduling systems is a plus.
- Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
